If something isn’t perfect, don’t worry — we’ll help make it right.
Returns (the short + sweet version)
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
Think of it as a little “getting-to-know-you” period between you and your new piece.
To be return-ready, your item must be:

Unworn / unused (aka: it didn’t go on a road trip before returning home)

In its original packaging

In the same condition it arrived

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once approved, we’ll send:

Important: Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted (we don’t like sad, surprise packages showing up at our door).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives looking too unique (damaged) or too surprising (not what you ordered), let us know within 7 days.

We’ll fix it right away with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
What Can’t Be Returned
As much as we love saying “yes,” some items are final sale:

Gift cards

Custom or personalized pieces

Items marked “final sale”

Anything used, worn, washed, or altered
If you’re unsure, message us — we’re happy to help you figure it out.
Exchanges
Want a different style, size, or color?
The quickest route is to:

Start a return for the original item

Place a new order for the piece you want (so it doesn’t sell out!)
Once your return is approved, we’ll take care of the rest.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For our friends in the European Union: you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason.
Items must still be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags — think of it like trying something on without committing to dinner yet.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll give it a quick inspection and let you know if it’s approved.
If it is, your refund will go right back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been over 15 business days since your refund approval, send us a message — we’ll gladly check on it.
Shipping Costs

Damaged/Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping — that one’s on us.

All Other Returns: You’re responsible for return shipping unless we made an error.
