We’re so excited to get your order packed, polished, and on its way to you! Below is everything you need to know about how your pieces travel from our hands to yours.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we begin preparing your items right away.
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During new launches, restocks, or seasonal rushes, processing times may vary — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.
Shipping Rates + Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Delivery time depends on the carrier and the shipping method you choose.
A few notes:

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Expedited options may be available at checkout.

International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Once the carrier scans your package, you’ll receive a tracking number (aka: your order’s little passport).
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking information.
If the carrier hasn’t updated it yet, give it 24–48 hours — sometimes they’re fashionably late.
Shipping Delays
We wish we had magic wings to speed up every delivery, but once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands.

We’re happy to help you track down a package, but we can’t control carrier delays.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it:

Double-check your porch, mailbox, neighbors, and any alternate doors.

Allow 24–48 hours — sometimes carriers mark items delivered early.

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If your package is lost in transit (no tracking updates for 10+ days), reach out to us at karli@4electfashion.com and we’ll help you take the next steps.
While we can’t replace items stolen after delivery, we will always advocate for you and assist however possible.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Once the order is placed, we may not be able to change it before it ships.
If an incorrect address is entered:

We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

If the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address (additional shipping costs may apply).
International Orders
We do ship internationally!
